What clients ask before booking.
How far in advance should we book?+
Most weddings book 6–12 months out, corporate events 2–6 months. Tighter timelines work for many acts, especially within Southern California — give us a call and we will tell you what is available on your date.
What is your pricing model?+
Pricing depends on the act, the set length, the venue, and the production we layer in. After we hear the basics — date, location, guest count, vibe — we send a tailored quote within one business day. No flat retail; every event is shaped to the room.
Do you customize sets and song requests?+
Yes. Our acts arrive with a master repertoire and a flexible structure. Bring us must-plays, do-not-plays, ceremony cues, first-dance songs — we build the set list with you.
Where do you travel?+
Headquartered in Culver City, we work nationwide. Most acts travel; some are LA-local. Tell us the venue and we will confirm logistics for that specific event.
What does a deposit look like?+
Standard terms are a 50% retainer to hold the date and the balance due before the event. Larger productions can be structured differently. All terms are spelled out before any payment is requested.
Do you cover ceremony, cocktail, and reception?+
Yes — we can place one act across all three blocks or stack different talents per block (string quartet for ceremony, jazz trio for cocktail, full band for reception). One contract, one coordinator, three transitions.
