Program Description

LIV Entertainment Group (“LIV,” “we,” “us”) offers SMS text messaging to our talent roster, production crew, and contracted personnel for the purpose of:

  • Event scheduling confirmations and updates
  • Dispatch and logistics notifications (load-in/load-out times, vehicle assignments, route details)
  • Portal access and offer notifications (event offers, confirmation requests)
  • Shift reminders and schedule changes
  • Operational communications related to active bookings

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to LIV Entertainment Group — whether through our talent/crew portal, during onboarding, or by responding to an event offer — you expressly consent to receive text messages from LIV Entertainment Group related to your work assignments and event scheduling.

Your consent is not a condition of employment or engagement. You may opt out at any time.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on event scheduling. During active booking periods, you may receive multiple messages per week. During slower periods, message frequency will decrease. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from this program unless you re-opt-in.

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier’s pricing plan for details. LIV Entertainment Group is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Coverage is not available in all areas.
