Nothing matches that. We have played more rooms than we have written up — tell us the venue and we will tell you what we know about it.

Venues we know across Los Angeles and beyond

Most of this list sits in Los Angeles County — Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Monica and downtown — with a second cluster down the coast in Orange County and San Diego, and dates further out in Las Vegas, San Francisco and Miami Beach. The rooms range from hotel ballrooms and country clubs to private estates and outdoor venues, and the entertainment changes with them.

A ballroom with a hard ceiling needs different sound than a tented garden. A synagogue ceremony and a nightclub after-party need different crews. Because we have worked most of these venues more than once, the plan we hand a client starts from what happened last time rather than from a guess.

The hotels we work most are The Beverly Hills Hotel, the Beverly Hilton, the Beverly Wilshire, the two Four Seasons properties in Beverly Hills and Westlake Village, and the Ritz-Carlton at Laguna Niguel and Marina del Rey. Those are the ones with the deepest history, and the ones getting their own pages first.

How we use this list

Every venue here comes from our own booking history, not a directory. When you tell us where your event is, we can usually tell you what the room sounds like, where the band fits, and what the load-in looks like before anyone visits.

We have played it before

Set times, power, staging and sound get planned against what happened last time we were in that room.

Talent that suits the room

A ballroom band and a courtyard trio are different bookings. We match the act to the space and the guest count.

One team for the night

Bands, DJs, lighting, sound and rentals come from the same crew, so nobody is pointing at another vendor at 9pm.

Questions about venues

My venue is not on this list. Can you still play it?

Yes. This list is the rooms we have already worked, not the rooms we can work. We play new venues constantly — tell us where your event is and we will look into the room before we quote it.

Do you only work in Los Angeles?

No. Most of our dates are in Los Angeles and Orange County, but we also play San Diego, Santa Barbara, the desert, the Bay Area, Las Vegas and Miami. Travel is quoted with the booking.

What do the event counts mean?

They are the number of events we have produced at that venue, taken from our own booking records rather than an estimate. A venue with 90 events is one where we know the room, the staff and the load-in.

Can the venue tell you what we need?

Usually, and we will ask them directly. Where we have played before, we already hold the sound limits, curfew and load-in details, which saves the planner a round of emails.

Do not see your venue?

We have played more rooms than we have written up. Tell us where your event is and we will tell you what we know about it.
